1. What is AvaGuide?

AvaGuide is a sophisticated combination of top quality interactive video and text-to-speech technology that enables the creation of virtual characters able to present desired information. 3. How can I build my video talking character?

Click "Your AvaGuide" on the menu and let our wizard guide you through the entire process. You simply follow the steps and choose the preferred options. It's easy - just pick one of our professional recordings, create your own scripts then simply copy and paste your character's html code into the chosen location. Ready in just a few minutes!

4. How do I publish my video talking character?

It is the last step in the AvaGuide creation process. Just copy the HTML code by clicking the "Copy HTML" button and paste it into your website. If you need any support please contact us and we will help you do it.

5. I clicked the "Copy HTML" button and nothing happened. Why?

After clicking the "Copy HTML" button the code is automatically inserted into a clipboard which makes it really easy to paste it into any text field (key shortcut CTRL+V).

6. What is an "impression limit"?

The amount of views that your AvaGuide can have is limited and depends on the chosen package type and the available transfer. The term "impression" means a single view of the AvaGuide published on your site.

7. How many video talking characters can I create?

With a base package of Professional Avaguide you can create one AvaGuide Character with three different scripts. If you require more characters you will need to upgrade your package.

8. Can I modify the videos that are available in the library?

You can modify the background your AvaGuide is displayed on. To do this go to the "configuration" tab and choose the "Video Library" option. This screen will let you combine an avatar with a background.

9. Can I view the history of my invoices?

Of course. Click the "My Account" tab at the top of the page to see all the information about your account. In order to see details regarding your invoices click "View Invoice History".

10. I have problems logging in, what can I do?

If you are a registered user, make sure you are entering the correct login information. If you are sure the information you are trying to enter is valid and still cannot login please contact support@avaguide.net.

11. I lost my password, what can I do?

Click the "Forgot your pass?" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will be asked to input your login and e-mail, after which you will be sent your login information. Be sure to write it down somewhere.

12. Where can I use my AvaGuide?

AvaGuide.net offers vast possibilities for using your self-styled video talking characters. If there is the possibility to edit an html page - community services, auction portals, or private blogs - there is a place for your AvaGuide.

13. How do I create my own scripts that Avatar talks?

AvaGuide Professional package comes with an intuitive configurator. Nothing is as easy. Just type in the text into the fields provided.
